Return Policy

What the warranty covers:

  • If the product is damaged from the manufacturing process, it can be exchanged for a new product within 15 days of purchase
  • Repair of manufacturing damage. If it cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with jewelry of similar value and characteristics

What the warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from improper use or modification/repair by the buyer
  • Natural wear and tear, distorted shape, or lost items
  • Gold-plated products/jewelry may fade over time. The warranty does not cover re-plating (buyer is responsible for re-plating service fees)
  • If the original model cannot be replaced or if there are any changes, we will notify you before proceeding with repairs or offer jewelry of similar value and characteristics

Cases outside the warranty:

  • We are still happy to provide service for items outside the warranty. Our repair team will proceed with charges and will notify the estimated completion schedule upon request
  • For items outside the warranty, service fees are as follows:
    • Re-plating for faded, peeled, black or red casings: 280 THB/piece or depending on the design and size of the product
    • Special ring size adjustment: 280 THB/piece depending on the design and size required
    • Loose gemstones: Service fee depends on the size of the gemstone

*Service fees are subject to change. All repairs depend on inspection by our production department and prices will be notified before proceeding

How to get service:

  • In case of damage, please contact Email: sirilegemme@gmail.com for service. Products must be sent for inspection to determine manufacturing damage. Customer is responsible for shipping costs
  • Repair time is approximately 3-5 weeks depending on material and/or gemstone procurement (in case of loss). In some cases where gemstones have unique characteristics, sourcing and replacing exactly the same may be difficult

Refund case

Refund Methods:

Credit Card, Debit Card, or Internet Banking

Once we receive the returned items, we will process the refund through your card issuer's bank within 7 business days. The actual credit to your account will then depend on your bank's processing time and policies.

Bank Transfer and Cash on Delivery

We will process the refund via bank transfer to your account within 10-15 business days. The account name must match the name of the person who placed the order.
